Bottom emptying

BailerAll Waterra Disposable Bailers come with the handy bottom emptying spout. These spouts assist in collecting non-aerated samples from the valve end of the bailer, which is ideal for VOC sample collection.

Fast sink rate

The Waterra Disposable Bailer is as heavy (or heavier) then conventional weighted bailers without the addition of bulky and costly weights. A better weight distribution (sinks straighter) and efficient valve design make the ClearView Bailer the fastest sinking bailer in the market.

Adapts To Disposable Filters

All Waterra Disposable Bailers are easily adapted to the Waterra FHT-45 Disposable Filter for collection of samples for metals analysis directly from the bailer. A short length of 1/4" OD tubing and the bottom emptying spout easily connect the filter to the bailer and allow the bailed sample to flow directly through the filter and into your sample.

Footvalve D-13

The Low Flow System is designed to be used in small diameter piezometers (usually 1" ID to 0.75" ID). It can provide flow rates of up to 1/2 gallon per minute and can lift water from up to 100 feet. It is available with either acetal plastic or stainless steel foot valves and HDPE, LLDPE or FEP tubing. The Low Flow System is also useful for sampling in damaged or obstructed monitoring wells.




Footvalve D-16

The Standard Flow System is the most popular inertial pump. This system is best suited for 2" mounting wells and can provide lifts up to 150 feet. Flow rates can be as much as 1 gallon per minute. The system consists of two components - a Standard Flow foot valve and a length of 5/8" OD Standard Flow high density polyethylene (HDPE) tubing. The most commonly used foot vale is the 1" OD acetal thermoplastic D-25. Optional foot valves include the stainless steel 3/4" OD SS-19 and the 5/8" OD D-16 and SS-16. The Standard Flow System can be used in wells of varying diameters and a variety of sampling environments. Optional tubing includes linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE - Canada Only) and Teflon© (FEP)

FHT-45 Inline Filter

The Waterra FHT-45 Filter is a capsule style filter which is designed to quickly attach to the discharge end of either the Standard or High Flow pumping systems. Once installed, the user oscillates the pump to produce a flow through the filter.

The filter's specially designed 0.45 micron pleated membrane is highly efficient and is the most suitable media available for the turbid conditions found in most wells. The Waterra FHT-45 Filter is far more efficient than traditional barrel or sheet style filters and requires no decontamination.

The 0.45 micron media is specially designed with a unique pleat geometry providing greater capacity than other filters.An exceptionally high particulate retention efficiency of 99.8% in the 0.45 micron size range ensures precise, high quality results.
The multi-fit adaptor quickly accommodates the most common tubing sizes without having to fumble with extra fittings or clamps. Independently verified laboratory testing confirms a 60% greater particulate than competing filters for the longest lasting performance in the field.

The Waterra FHT-45 Inline Disposable 0.45 Micron Filter is now certified to rinse clean.


Independent ICP/MS analysis proves it. The FHT-45's 700 sq cm surface area and open pleat geometry ensures that you will get your sample, even with the most turbid water.
